SZLH series of vertical ring die pellet machine is mainly applicable for difficult molding materials with low adhesion rate, for example rice husk, sunflower husk, peanut shell and fruit shell; branch, stem, rind and other wood waste; a variety of crop stalks; rubber, cement, ash and other chemical materials.
It can be used in feed mill, wood processing plants, fuel plants, fertilizer plants, chemical plants etc.

The motor and main shaft of pellet machine are parallel vertical installed , which can reduce energy consumption loss in the process of transmission, more output power, higher transformation of energy efficiency.
DUST COLLECTOR SYSTEM
The pellet machine is equipped with an integrated dust removal system with shutters. cyclone is connected to a 9-cylinder dust bag, and the dust will be cleaned regularly from the bottom.
RING DIE AND ROLLER SKIN
The roller assembly adopts oil seal and filler double seal design to avoid grease leakage and dust ingress. The roller bearing adopts copper bracket self-aligning roller bearing design to improve the positioning effect of the roller. The roller bearing adopts eccentric type, and the squeezing force is stronger during operation, which is 1.5 times higher than the original pressure strength. The roller assembly is sealed by upper and lower glands. The thickness of the gland is high, which can ensure that it will not be deformed under high-temperature operation. And the gland is fixed by screws, so as to ensure that materials will not enter the roller assembly, thereby increasing the service life of the roller assembly.
