The material is made of high wear-resistant alloy steel, which undergoes a heat treatment process to increase the hardness of the mold itself and increase its service life. We also offer options of stainless steel ring die.

One ring die can be using 2 times by turn it over, which can cut down operating costs. The mold of the traditional pellet machine has 5 rows of holes. We have enlarged the granulating chamber and upgraded the mold to 6 rows of holes. The outer diameter of the mold is 690mm, the inner diameter is 550mm, and the thickness is 70mm. The roller skin is professionally carburized and has higher wear resistance. 

 

ROLLER ASSEMBLY

The roller assembly adopts oil seal and filler double seal design to avoid grease leakage and dust ingress. The roller bearing adopts copper bracket self-aligning roller bearing design to improve the positioning effect of the roller. The roller bearing adopts eccentric type, and the squeezing force is stronger during operation, which is 1.5 times higher than the original pressure strength. The roller assembly is sealed by upper and lower glands. The thickness of the gland is high, which can ensure that it will not be deformed under high-temperature operation. And the gland is fixed by screws, so as to ensure that materials will not enter the roller assembly, thereby increasing the service life of the roller assembly.
